1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jalalive55 platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with potential forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. You must promptly update your account details if any changes occur. Jalalive55 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 4.3 KYC Verification

Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.

5 Terms of Use

By using the jalalive55 platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. 6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to verification of payment method ownership. Jalalive55 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected Users where practicable.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Jalalive55 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 60 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay are typically completed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request being processed.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the jalalive55 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of non-MYR bank accounts or payment instruments are the responsibility of the User.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives offered by jalalive55 are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, individual bets are typically capped. Exceeding the maximum bet limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the completion of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jalalive55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform mechanics.
• Collusion with other players or with any employee of jalalive55 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent use of payment instruments, including use of another person's payment method or credit card without authorisation.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, glitches, or misquoted odds. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime conducted through the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any conduct intended to defraud jalalive55 or any other User of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jalalive55 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jalalive55 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jalalive55.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any form of data scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised copying of platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jalalive55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Jalalive55's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jalalive55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Jalalive55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request submitted by the User through the responsible gambling tools.
• Instruction by a competent authority or as required by applicable law or regulation.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements) shall be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jalalive55 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies specified under jalalive55's licensing framework.

Malaysian users acknowledge that Malaysian domestic courts may have concurrent jurisdiction over certain matters. Nothing in this clause shall prevent a User from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve their rights pending resolution of a dispute.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Jalalive55 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
